Support for Windows 7 ends January 14th, 2020.

The short answer is yes. By not upgrading you will see a serious drop in performance and will be open to a number of threats and attacks that could put you and your customer’s information at risk. 

Yes. We recommend moving to a new PC with Windows 10 already installed for the best results. Certain Windows 7 PCs can be upgraded to Windows 10; however, they must meet these requirements.

If you have a Microsoft 365 Business account, you can get a free upgrade for users with a Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 Pro license on their device. This is for Pro licenses only.
